Une confirmation \u00e9crite (en anglais ou en fran\u00e7ais) de la facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine o\u00f9 le candidat est inscrit, pr\u00e9cisant la date pr\u00e9vue d\u2019obtention du dipl\u00f4me,
